Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Graphics Designer to join our team at Busyexpand. As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products. You will work closely with our teams to create engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for web and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling visual content for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and website banners.
• Work closely with the product team to design user interfaces, icons, and other graphical elements for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

• 100% interest in graphics design.
• Ready to learn or basic knowledge in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma.
• Show-off some of your creations (Just to see your interest level. You don't have to be Pro).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Must be located in the city of Port Harcourt and able to work at the office at least three times a week.
• Ready to work with less to produce more.
