Key Responsibilities:

• Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to enhance the overall production value and impact of the videos.
• Ensure smooth transitions, pacing, and continuity throughout the video edits, maintaining viewer engagement and interest.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, including social media channels like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques, software, and technology to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.
• Manage project timelines and deadlines, prioritizing tasks to deliver completed videos on time in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ready to learn or pre-understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Demonstrated experience in video editing and production, preferably in a digital marketing or content creation role.
• Creative flair and attention to detail, with the ability to bring concepts and ideas to life through visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, receiving feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.

• Ready to learn or have basic knowledge in film production, digital media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
